Terms

By commissioning me, you agree to all of the terms I have laid out on this page. Please take the time to read through. It will make this whole process easier.
You agree that you will only use your drawing for personal use and that you will not remove my signature from the piece.
If you want a drawing for commercial use, please state so. The prices may be doubled or tripled depending on what it is you intend to use my art for.
I may post a smaller resolution of your commission on my various social media sites. You are allowed to submit the drawing to your own social media, but please be sure to credit me.
Do not claim any of my artwork as your own.
I will not do commissions with any of the following content in it: nudity, excessive gore, sexual encounters, complicated techs/mechs(it may be simplified), anything hateful or racist.
Do not ask me to draw in another style. What you see in the Styles and Prices page is what you should expect your commission to look like.

Payment is through Paypal in USD.
I require to be paid in full upfront. I will send the request after the estimated cost has been agreed upon.
If I don't receive the payment after two days, I will consider the transaction cancelled. Also, your priority over other commissions I may have in line will be dropped below theirs, should you decide to pay after two days. Please make sure you have the money on hand before you contact me for a commission.
Once the price has been agreed upon and paid, there will be no refunds.

After looking over the Styles and Prices page, go to the Commission Form page and fill out the boxes. Please be detailed on what you want, it will make the whole process go by faster. Link your reference images, or if you would prefer sending them to me directly, my email is jenh.illustration@gmail.com. Fill out the email the same way the form on this website is laid out and make sure the subject states that it is a commission.
I usually will get back to you within 24-48 hours with an estimate for your commission.
Once you have confirmed that you agree with the price, I will send a payment request through Paypal to you. You have 48 hours to pay.
If you are asking for an illustration or a relatively complicated drawing, I will send you a work in progress shot just to make sure I am in the right direction. For simpler drawings, I will not do this.
Depending on the complexity of the commission along with my schedule and responsibilities, it could take between one to three weeks to finish. In the event I am not able to complete the commission, I will send you a full refund. This is the only time I will do refunds.
When the drawing is done, you will receive a larger version of it. I will never upload that exact file to my social media. I will always scale it down.
If you need a small revision after the piece has been completed, I will allow up to two depending on the overall complexity of the drawing.
